Our Transfer Mission

The Department of Operations Management combines the areas of Supply Chain Management and Healthcare Management – ​​with a clear focus on knowledge transfer and robust practical experience. In Supply Chain Management, we collaborate with companies along the entire value chain: from industry and trade to logistics and services, all the way to data- and platform-based business models. In Healthcare Management, we work closely with healthcare providers, associations, and institutions, and maintain partnerships with healthcare-related sectors such as pharmaceuticals and medical technology. Through joint projects, application-oriented formats, and continuous exchange, we translate scientific findings into concrete decisions and solutions – and conversely, bring key practical issues back into research and teaching.
